Service Description

Come along on your own or bring your birth partner (price includes birth partner attendance - message for single placement discount). Learn and prepare together in a friendly, relaxed and supportive environment. 10% off for NHS & Police Staff - email for code. Payment plans available. We also except Klarna. Week 1 – Introduction to Hypnobirthing Techniques. Discover our Signature Birthing Approach and learn practical breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques for pregnancy, birth and beyond. Week 2 – Labour & Birth: Explore your birth options, understand different birth scenarios and learn practical tools to help you feel informed, prepared and confident. Week 3 – Infant Feeding: Learn about all your feeding options. Week 4 – Fourth Trimester & Newborn Care:Prepare for life with your baby, covering newborn care, safe sleep, settling, baby massage techniques, bathing and your mental wellbeing during the transition into parenthood. **Week 5 – Women-Only Session:** A relaxed space to revisit key topics, practice breastfeeding positions and openly discuss feeding, birth, your body and the transition into motherhood.

Cancellation Policy

Booking and Payment: 1. Deposit: An online deposit, as shown on the booking page, is required to secure your place on the course. This non-refundable deposit is essential to confirm your booking. 2. Payment on Arrival: The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on arrival at the first session or via bank transfer, unless otherwise arranged. 3. Payment Plans: Payment plans are available for those who wish to spread the cost of the course. If you'd like to enquire about setting up a payment plan, please email us at info@storkbeginnings.co.uk. Cancellations and Refunds: 1. Cancellation by the Participant: If you need to cancel your booking, we would really appreciate you giving us at least 48 hours' notice prior to the start of the class. While the deposit remains non-refundable, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance. 2. Cancellation by Stork Beginnings: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class, you will be offered the choice of transferring to a different course date or receiving a full refund of any payments made, including your deposit. Transfers: Course Transfers: If you wish to transfer your booking to another available course date, you must request this change at least 48 hours before the original course start date. Transfers are subject to availability. Attendance: Missed Sessions: We are unable to offer refunds or discounts for missed classes due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons. However, we may provide alternative resources to cover the missed content, where possible. Instructor Disclaimer: 1. Midwife Role: Although the instructor is a qualified midwife, please note that no clinical skills or medical procedures can be carried out during the course. The course is designed to provide information, guidance, and support related to antenatal, hypnobirthing, and newborn care, but it is not a substitute for medical advice. 2.
