Baby Yoga with Formation Yoga – Led by Victoria

We’re excited to introduce Formation Yoga's Baby Yoga, a fun and nurturing class led by the lovely Victoria. Known for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, Victoria’s baby yoga sessions are a fantastic way for parents to bond with their babies while supporting their physical and emotional development.

Held at Chryston Church on Thursday evenings, these baby yoga classes are tailored to meet the needs of both parent and baby. The gentle movements are designed to aid in your baby’s development while also helping parents to stretch, relax and recover postnatally.

Benefits of Baby Yoga:

  • Supports your baby’s physical development, including motor skills and coordination

  • Helps with digestion, colic relief, and relaxation for babies

  • Promotes better sleep for babies

  • Aids postnatal recovery for parents, improving strength and flexibility

  • Provides a calm, shared experience with other parents and their little ones
