​At Stork Beginnings, we are delighted to recommend Formation Yoga, a warm and welcoming prenatal yoga class led by the friendly and experienced Victoria.

 

Specialising in prenatal yoga, Victoria is trained to adapt each practice to suit the different stages of pregnancy, ensuring that all mums-to-be feel comfortable and fully supported throughout the sessions.

Held at Chryston Church on Thursday evenings, Formation Yoga provides a calming and supportive environment where you can connect with your body, your baby, and other expectant mums. Whether you are early in your pregnancy or preparing for birth, Victoria’s approachable and nurturing teaching style makes every session feel inclusive and safe for all.
